Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has warned Ezequiel Lavezzi's agent to stop with his contract demands amid reports of Chelsea interest.
The Argentinian forward expects his salary to be increased after proving pivotal for Napoli this season.
His performances have not gone unnoticed and Lavezzi, who won himself a call-up to the Argentina squad, is attracting the interest of a number of clubs, including Luiz Felipe Scolari's side.
"Lavezzi will remain with us until 2013 and then we will see," said De Laurentiis.
The club supremo has warned he will not change his salary policy for any of his players, including Lavezzi.
"Whoever is on my side is fine," said De Laurentiis. "Those who are not can go to England. I will find another 10 players like them."
Lavezzi's agent Eduardo Rossetto insists the 23-year-old's priority is to remain in Naples but hopes the club will meet his contract demands.
"When he arrived at Napoli Lavezzi had to prove himself," he said. "He has done more than what was expected of him.
"Now he only demands what he is worth, not more, not less.
"I am certain we will find an agreement with De Laurentiis, who is an intelligent person.
"It's true that the player wants to remain at Napoli and that is why we are willing to turn down offers of five and six million euros.
"If Napoli change their mind, it will not be a problem and we will find another path."
Lavezzi has struck four league goals this campaign to propel the southern club to fourth in the Serie A standings.
