Wycombe's Peter Taylor has beaten Alan Knill, Gary Waddock and Keith Hill to win the League Two manager of the month award for November.
Taylor has enjoyed a fantastic start to his Wycombe career since taking charge at Adams Park over the summer.
The Chairboys boast the only unbeaten record in the Football League and sit seven points clear at the top of the table.
During November, Wycombe gained wins over closest pursuers Bradford City, Port Vale and Notts County, having started the month with a draw at Rotherham United.
Those results have been enough to earn Taylor the League Two manager of the month gong for November as he looks to lead Wycombe to promotion.
The month did end on a low note, however, after a 2-0 defeat at non-league Eastwood Town in the FA Cup second round last Saturday.
Taylor's men quickly responded with a 4-0 win over Macclesfield Town on Tuesday night, which stretched their unbeaten home run to 16 games - a club record in the Football League.
Taylor told Sky Sports News: "I'm delighted. The players have worked exceptionally hard over the past few months.
"I know it sounds lovely me being named manager of the month but the players' togetherness is the reason we have won it.
"We've had a little bit of luck along the way but we are a very good side."
