Wolves boss Mick McCarthy has beaten Alex McLeish, Neil Warnock and Alan Irvine to be named the Championship Manager of the Month for November.
The Molineux boss has steered his side to a six-point lead at the top of the table as they seek a return to the Premier League.
Wolves were unbeaten for their six games in November, winning five and drawing one, and McCarthy is delighted with that form.
"It has been great," McCarthy told Sky Sports News. "We have got a good team spirit. They (the squad) are enjoying a good season."
The former Republic of Ireland and Sunderland boss saw his men record victories against play-off hopefuls Cardiff and Burnley, while Southampton and Blackpool were also defeated.
Promotion rivals Sheffield United were soundly beaten at Bramall Lane while, last weekend, a Sylvan Ebanks-Blake equaliser earned a point against closest pursuers Birmingham.
Blues boss McLeish, Crystal Palace chief Warnock and Preston gaffer Irvine were the other contenders for the accolade.
