Nerazzurri go Inter hiding

Jose Mourinho has banned Inter Milan supporters from being able to watch his side's training sessions to avoid being spied on by rival teams.

Nerazzurri fans were left disappointed as they attempted to watch Inter begin pre-season training at Brunico only to be sent away.

Inter coach Jose Mourinho, who is looking to guide the Nerazzurri to the Italian Supercup trophy, the Serie A title and win the Champions League next season, apologised to supporters but admitted the measure was necessary.

"I have a lot of respect for the fans," said Mourinho. "Last week we allowed them to watch one training session.

"Among the fans that come to transmit their support and affection to the team there are also coaches and scouts from other teams that may be our future rivals in the coming season.

"Hence, considering we have to try out some tactics I have decided to have the training session behind closed doors."
