    Lets do this.

They had a very impressive win at the weekend so who knows which version we’ll get… so long as we can get out of their with a goal or two to our name we have a chance.

Maybe a game to play 442 diamond or 5 at the back. Play for the draw. If we can nick a goal or two on the break all the better

Their confidence is very shaky at the moment. Big talk in the media here in Spain about the game. We should get stuck in to them. If we got an early goal it might have a big impact on them. Should be a really good atmosphere.

Big test for Rangnick isn’t it? All well and good beating an awful Leeds side but how can he motivate the players and get his tactics across in the latter stages of the Champions League against a team who have really improved the last few years.

Not sure about Rangnick but its a massive test for the players who have been getting away with murder for years.

Do they still play how they used to play? What worries me is if they’re rough and tumble. The soft bitches in our team will be rolling around and getting bullied.

I take back what I said about playing for the draw. Attack these fuckers from the off. See what they are made of

Yesterday’s game will have taken a lot out of the players. I’d start Telles, Dalot, Fred, Elanga and Rashford on Wednesday

Don’t know what to make of this Atletico team. When they played Liverpool in the group stages there was lots of diving, rolling on the ground, remonstrating with the ref instead of playing football which, given the talent in the team, they should be extremely good at doing. Not sure if they’re entirely settled under Simeone this season, shaky at the back while trying to be more offensive. If they play really well and make proper use of Felix, Griezmann and Suarez we could be in for a rough night. Equally we could put Cholo under severe pressure.
On another note, the Simeone documentary on Amazon Prime is worth a watch, far better than Rooney’s drab shite.

Why on earth would you rather watch a documentary about Simeone over Rooney?!

I watched the Rooney one first, it was shite. Then watched the Simeone one, was much better.

Not getting the formation. 3 at the back with Rashford as wing back? Fred and Pogba in a midfield 2?

Think it’s Lindelof at RB in a back 4. Will be interesting to see how it all pans out

Predicting a 1-1 draw today but wouldn’t be surprised by home or away win. Think there won’t be more than one goal between the teams

Atleti to win by 2 if they are on it.
Wide open in midfield and a lack of pace at the back.

If that’s a back four o don’t get it. Lindelof at full back is not good. And Pogba and Fred in a two is suicide.

Rashford on the right wing, perfect – always plays well there!
