Gillingham will begin the 2012/13 League Two campaign at home to Bradford on August 18.
The Gills, who are still looking for a new manager after parting company with Andy Hessenthaler at the end of last season, then face back-to-back away games at Wycombe (August 21) and Dagenham (August 25).
Accrington will host newly-promoted Fleetwood on December 15, with the return game against the Conference champions on April 30.
Southend visit Priestfield on September 18 and Gills travel to Roots Hall on New Year's Day.
Gillingham are scheduled to close the season with a trip to Burton on April 27.
