Huddersfield have signed Kallum Higginbotham for an undisclosed fee from Scottish side Falkirk.
The 22-year-old striker joins Murray Wallace in making a move from the Bairns to the Terriers after the central defender agreed terms earlier on Tuesday.
Higginbotham, who has played in England with Rochdale and Accrington, signed a contract with Lee Clark's side until 2013 and is available immediately, unlike Wallace, who has been loaned back to Falkirk for the rest of the season.
Clark told Huddersfield's official website: "Kallum plays naturally in the number 10 role - as the second striker, who offers the link with the midfield.
"He has a great change of pace and an eye for a pass; he can make and score goals.
"He can come in and make an immediate impact for us - we think very highly of him."
