Bournemouth chairman Eddie Mitchell has dismissed speculation linking winger Scott Malone with an imminent move to Millwall.
Reports had claimed Malone was set to fly home from holiday in Spain to have a medical with the Lions ahead of a proposed switch to south London, with former Cherries striker Josh McQuoid moving in the other direction.
But Mitchell told the Bournemouth Echo: "No way in the world has anybody told me that Scott is having a medical or we have agreed a deal for him.
"The only communication we had was with (Millwall manager) Kenny Jackett some time ago."
