Huddersfield owner Dean Hoyle is sparing a thought for beaten League One play-off finalists Sheffield United.
Simon Grayson's side held their nerve to edge through a tense penalty shootout 8-7 after a goalless 120 minutes at Wembley on Saturday.
Town were beaten finalists themselves when going down 3-0 to Peterborough at Old Trafford last season, while they were knocked out in the semi-finals by Millwall the year before.
Hoyle said: "I feel for Sheffield United. I know there were a lot of their fans watching this and to lose on penalties is harsh, but what I will say is it's great for our boys.
"We've been trying to do this for three years now, so it's third time lucky. We're there. This is for the fans. It's not about me, it's not about the players, this is about the fans because when I go and the players come and go, the fans are still there and that's crucial.
"It's also for Huddersfield as a town. It will give it a lift. I've been a supporter all my life and I've been through some turmoil and trust me, it hasn't been an easy ride and days like this, when you get such a high, are few and far between.
"It's cruel isn't it? I'm stood here elated, but at the same time I remember last year when we lost to Peterborough. It was horrendous, but this is what it's all about."
