Winger Lee Cook has returned to QPR following the end of his loan spell with Leyton Orient.
The 29-year-old made nine appearances during a two-month stint at Brisbane Road, although he missed Saturday's 2-0 win at Preston through injury.
Cook had fallen out of favour at Loftus Road under Neil Warnock but will now attempt to break into new Rangers boss Mark Hughes' 25-man Premier League squad for the second half of the season.
O's manager Russell Slade said: "He had a great little loan spell with us so we were delighted with that."
