Winger Dean Cox has signed a new three-and-a-half-year deal with League One outfit Leyton Orient.
Cox's contract was due to expire in the summer but he will now stay at Brisbane Road until the end of the 2014/15 season.
Cox, 24, signed for the O's in 2010 after being released by Brighton following six years at the Withdean.
Orient boss Russell Slade told the club's official website: "It's a terrific signing - he's scored 19 goals and made 30 assists in just a season-and-a-half with us.
"It was important to keep him at the club and we're delighted that we can continue to build with him as part of it."
Cox has hit seven goals in 26 appearances so far this season.
