Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade admits their poor home form is costing them dear this season.

The O's moved into the top half of League One for the first time this season last week, only to crash to a 1-0 home defeat by Colchester on Saturday.

"It was an opportunity lost," said Slade. "We had an opportunity to push on further and we didn't take it, and that upsets me.

"The key for us is to find consistency, particularly at home.

"Seven defeats here is not good enough and we're disappointed, especially as we've been playing better, to only take one point from the last two games at home."
