Leyton Orient v Barnet preview

Leyton Orient will be without Kevin Lisbie.

The striker limped out of Saturday’s 1-0 defeat by Sheffield United with a hamstring injury and manager Russell Slade expects him to be on the sidelines for a few weeks.

Stoke loanee Ryan Brunt replaced Lisbie at the weekend and could start against Barnet.

David Mooney is another attacking option available to Slade.

Full-back Lloyd James made his first appearance since August as a late substitute against the Blades following an ankle injury, so he should be involved in some capacity again.

Defender Scott Cuthbert is still in the treatment room with a hamstring injury and goalkeepers Jamie Jones (shoulder) and Lee Butcher (knee) are long-term absentees.

Barnet are waiting to hear if Collins John can make his debut.

The former Fulham striker, who joined the Bees last month, travelled with the squad to Southend on Saturday but was unable to play as the club are still awaiting international clearance.

Boss Mark Robson has no new injury concerns following an encouraging 2-2 draw at Roots Hall.

Another recent recruit, forward Ishmail Kamara, remains a doubt with a shoulder injury and back-up goalkeeper Liam O’Brien is building up his fitness after a hernia operation.

Striker Steve Kabba and defender Danny Senda remain on the sidelines as they continue to recover from long-term knee injuries suffered last season.
