Macclesfield have launched an appeal against the red card given to Nat Brown during Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Swindon.
The 30-year-old centre-back received his marching orders following an altercation with Robins defender Aden Flint, but Macclesfield have elected to appeal after reviewing video evidence of the incident.
Brown is facing a three-match ban that would rule him out of Tuesday night's clash with AFC Wimbledon, along with the npower League Two clashes with Cheltenham and Northampton.
