Macclesfield manager Gary Simpson lamented his side's injury nightmare after Tuesday's 2-1 defeat at AFC Wimbledon in League Two.
Macc, who are struggling to fill a matchday squad because of the number of players in the treatment room, slipped to defeat after goals from Billy Knott and Sammy Moore turned the game on its head for the Dons following Dwayne Mattis' opener for the visitors.
"We lost Colin Daniel before the game. Paul Morgan had to go off at half-time, Dwayne Mattis came off with his ankle, George Donnelly only just passed a fitness test pre-match - he stayed on longer than he should have," said Simpson.
"We've got around 10 players out and it's unbelievable. We're really struggling at the minute.
"I only just managed to fill the bench and I'm down to the bare bones. We'll have to check stock and see what we can do.
"After the first half, I thought we did very well. We did well to hang in and second half we took it to them, it was just the naivety at the end from the youngster that cost us - but that's all we have."
