Manchester United have included Nemanja Vidic and Darren Fletcher in their Europa League squad even though both are out for the season.

Vidic ruptured cruciate ligaments when United's Champions League campaign ended following defeat to Basel in December but is in the 38-man list.

Fletcher, meanwhile, has not played since the November 22 draw with Benfica at Old Trafford and is now taking an extended break from the game in order to recover from a chronic bowel condition.
