John Terry could be in contention to start when Chelsea host London rivals Arsenal on Sunday as he continues his comeback from a knee injury.

Strikers Demba Ba and Fernando Torres both overcame a hamstring injury and illness, respectively, to feature in the midweek draw with Southampton.

Nigeria duo John Obi Mikel and Victor Moses are unavailable as they are at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Arsenal will have defender Laurent Koscielny back from a one-match suspension for Sunday's Barclays Premier League game at Chelsea.

However, injured midfielder duo Mikel Arteta and Tomas Rosicky (both calf) remain sidelined.

Forward Gervinho is away at the African Nations Cup with Ivory Coast.
