Leyton Orient will make a late check on the fitness of goalkeeper Jamie Jones ahead of Saturday's home League One match against Carlisle.

Jones had to be substituted after half an hour of Wednesday night's 1-0 extra-time defeat by Stoke in the Carling Cup after suffering a hip injury.

Glenn Morris came off the bench and will be on standby again.

Strikers James Scowcroft and Scott McGleish missed the cup clash with minor knocks but are both pushing to be fit for the game.

Sean Thornton looks set to miss out again with a knee injury, but fellow midfielder Adam Chambers came through unscathed after making his first appearance of the season as a substitute against the Potters following calf trouble.

Rookie Darryl Sydes is the only other absentee with an ankle injury.
