Goalkeeper Michel Kuipers is rated 50/50 to play in Brighton's home clash with League One leaders Leeds on Saturday due to a groin injury.

The former Dutch marine was taken off at half-time of Wednesday's FA Cup win over Wycombe and replaced by Graeme Smith, who is on standby to start.

Seagulls boss Gus Poyet, a former assistant manager at Leeds, rested strikers Glenn Murray and Nicky Forster in midweek and will restore both to the starting line-up.

On-loan winger Arron Davies is also available again after Nottingham Forest refused him permission to play in the FA Cup.

Poyet is looking to build on his superb start to life as a manager, having won both games so far.

Defenders Jim McNulty (ankle) and Colin Hawkins (heel) remain his only definite injury absentees.
