Huddersfield defender Lee Peltier is a big doubt for Tuesday's League One clash at Southampton after sustaining an ankle injury against Leeds.

Peltier will travel with the squad after an X-ray on Sunday revealed no serious damage, but he is unlikely to start. Tom Clarke is on stand-by.

Midfielder Antony Kay suffered a calf injury during the West Yorkshire derby but is also in the squad and expected to prove his fitness.

Otherwise, manager Lee Clark has no new injury or suspension problems as his side look to extend their unbeaten league run to 12 matches and close the gap on the top two to six points.
