Darlington's caretaker-managers Craig Liddle and Neil Maddison are expected to make changes for Quakers' home clash with Aldershot on Tuesday.

Liddle and Maddison have been placed in temporary charge following the sacking of former manager Steve Staunton on Sunday.

Darlington went down to a seventh defeat in eight league games when losing 2-1 to Barnet on Saturday and there could be changes in both defence and attack.

Veteran striker Noel Whelan made only his third appearance of the season at the weekend due to a hamstring injury, but was replaced in the 58th minute and there are doubts over his involvement against Aldershot.

Frenchman Mo Diop replaced Whelan, but was substituted himself in the 89th minute by Curtis Main and is also doubtful.
