Darlington striker Tadgh Purcell is rated "touch and go" for the visit of relegation-threatened Grimsby Town in League Two on Saturday.

The Irishman netted his ninth goal of the season before sustaining an ankle problem in the first half of Tuesday's 3-3 draw at Cheltenham.

Purcell has been unable to take part in training since, so will be assessed again before Simon Davey names his side.

Josh Gray and Mor Diop (both ankle) are doubtful, while Ian Miller (hernia) may again miss out.

Paul Arnison continues to struggle with a hamstring injury so Mark Bower should retain his place in the Quakers' defence.

Curtis Main continues to struggle with ankle ligament damage, while Gareth Waite will also be missing for the remaining four games of the season after undergoing surgery this week.
