Darlington skipper Ian Miller will miss the home League Two clash with Notts County as he requires surgery to resolve a double hernia problem.
Miller has missed the last two matches and will not feature again this term, but Quakers manager Simon Davey is expected to recall midfielder Mark Convery on Tuesday night after the winger replaced Nathan Mulligan in Saturday's home defeat to Grimsby.
Teenage midfielder John McReady, 17, hopes to feature again after making his first-team debut off the substitutes' bench on Saturday.
Davey has no new injury or suspension problems, but is likely to continue tinkering with his line-up.
Defender Paul Arnison (hamstring) is not expected to return after missing out in recent matches, while teenage striker Curtis Main (ankle) and Gareth Waite (knee) will also be missing after surgery.
