Grimsby boss Neil Woods is waiting nervously on the fitness of several players ahead of the crucial home clash with relegation rivals Barnet.
Defender Olly Lancashire (shin), midfielder Peter Sweeney (back) and striker Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro (thigh) are nursing injuries following the 2-0 victory at Darlington last weekend.
Meanwhile, Lee Peacock has yet to train this week due to an ear and throat infection.
On-loan midfielder Dean Sinclair (hamstring) has been receiving treatment at parent club Charlton. He has resumed light training but remains a doubt for Saturday's clash at Blundell Park.
Second-from-bottom Grimsby are four points behind Barnet and must win if they are to take their fight for Football League survival to the final day of the season.
