Team news for Saturday afternoon's League Two clash between Aldershot and Stockport at the Recreation Ground.

Aldershot could have winger Alex Rodman back in the squad for the visit of struggling Stockport.

Rodman has been out of action with a calf injury but has returned to light training and is set to be available for boss Dean Holdsworth.

Striker Damian Spencer played 45 minutes for the reserves in midweek as he returns from a knee injury but he is still some way off a first-team return.

Winger Jermaine McGlashan is dealing with an ongoing shin splints problem but is available, while youth-team graduate Adam Mekki will again be included in the squad.

Forward Jack Randall broke his leg while on loan at Didcot Town recently and is a long-term absentee.

Stockport boss Ray Mathias will be able to call on Anthony Elding for the trip to Aldershot.

The striker missed last weekend's goalless draw at home to Burton but returns to the squad to face Dean Holdsworth's men.

Mathias could also be boosted by the return of defenders Mansour Assoumani and Alan Goodall.

The pair have been nursing injuries but County are hopeful they will be available for this weekend's encounter.

However, Danny Swailes is recovering from a hamstring strain as he works his way back from a long-term absence and fellow defender Danny O'Donnell also remains a long-term casualty.

Southampton striker Ryan Doble has returned to his parent club following the end of his loan spell at Edgeley Park.
