Team news ahead of Tuesday night's Scottish Premier League clash between St Johnstone and Hamilton at McDiarmid Park.

Danny Grainger could be available for St Johnstone.

Grainger missed the win over Aberdeen at the weekend with a groin injury but will be assessed on Monday.

Midfielder Murray Davidson was taken off against the Dons with a hip injury and is a doubt.

Midfielder Jon Routledge could feature for Hamilton after returning to training following a knee injury.

Skipper Alex Neil is definitely back after serving a one-match suspension during Saturday's win over Hibernian.

Defender Martin Canning remains on the sidelines with a stomach injury.
