Team news ahead of Tuesday night's League One clash between Exeter City and Notts County at St James Park.

Exeter's striker crisis has worsened.

With John O'Flynn (knee) and Guillem Bauza (hamstring) already ruled out with long-term injuries, Daniel Nardiello was shown a straight red card for foul and abusive language at Charlton on Saturday and is suspended for three matches.

That leaves boss Paul Tisdale with just one of his four senior forwards, Rowan Vine, who is expected to be partnered by Richard Logan at St James Park.

Defender Billy Jones picked up a slight knock during the defeat at The Valley but is expected to be fit.

But midfielder Liam Sercombe (foot) is still some way away from a return to the first-team squad.

A handful of Notts County players are nursing knocks.

Magpies manager Martin Allen, whose side are preparing for a third game in six days after travelling to Turin to play Juventus in an exhibition match last Thursday, did not name those in question but will look to his fringe players to make up the numbers.

Striker Ben Burgess and midfielder Ricky Ravenhill did not play in the 2-1 home win over Walsall on Saturday due to injury but both players could return to the squad.

Hamza Bencherif, Ishmel Demontagnac, Karl Hawley and Charlie Allen, the manager's son, are among those who will come into contention.

Defender Stephen Hunt remains sidelined with an ankle injury.
