Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Hereford and Northampton Town at Edgar Street.

Relegation-threatened Hereford welcome back Rob Purdie and Harry Pell for their home clash.

Purdie (hamstring) was close to making his return in last Friday's 1-1 draw at relegation rivals Barnet but should be okay to face the Cobblers.

Pell, meanwhile, has returned to Edgar Street following a month-long loan stint at Cambridge and is pushing for involvement.

Full-backs Ryan Green (knee) and Benoit Dalibard (hamstring) with both be monitored as they also look to make their comebacks.

Bulls boss Richard O'Kelly made a total of four changes for the crunch encounter at Underhill - goalkeeper Adam Bartlett, defender Ben Purkiss, midfielder Sam Clucas and striker Delroy Facey coming for David Cornell, Stefan Stam, Richard Peniket and Nathan Elder.

It remains to be seen how he will line up this time around as Hereford look to close the three-point gap to third-bottom Barnet with just three matches remaining.

Meanwhile, Ben Harding remains a doubt for Northampton ahead of this fixture.

Harding has missed the last two matches with an Achilles tendon problem and the midfielder is rated at 50/50 for the weekend, so a late decision will be made on his fitness.

On-loan Liverpool midfielder Toni Brito Silva returned from compassionate leave as a substitute during the 3-1 defeat at promotion chasing Crawley on Tuesday night.

He will be pushing for a start, with defenders Byron Webster and Anthony Charles and attackers Lewis Young, Lewis Wilson and Brett Williams also hoping to be recalled by boss Aidy Boothroyd.

Victory will guarantee Northampton's Football League status, while a draw will be good enough if Macclesfield fail to beat Bradford at Valley Parade.
