Bournemouth v L Orient preview

Bournemouth caretaker boss Dennis Rofe could welcome back Frank Demouge when he takes charge of his first home game.

The striker missed last weekend’s defeat at Coventry with concussion but is expected to be available.

It could be Rofe’s final game in temporary charge of the Cherries as former manager Eddie Howe continues to be linked with a return to the south coast.

Forward Josh McQuoid faces a late fitness test on a knee problem that ruled him out of the Sky Blues clash and remains doubtful.

Marc Pugh returned to the starting line-up last week and is set to continue while Harry Arter may also feature after regaining full fitness.

Charlie Sheringham (foot) and Stephen Purches (broken leg) are the only definite absentees as their injury woes continues to ease.

Ben Chorley returns to the Leyton Orient squad.

The defender missed Tuesday night’s 1-0 win over Barnet in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy through suspension after collecting five yellow cards this season.

But striker Kevin Lisbie will be missing again due to the hamstring injury he suffered against Sheffield United on Saturday.

Midfielder Martin Rowlands and winger Lee Cook were rested in midweek and should return to the team, although youngster Moses Odubajo made the most of his chance in the starting line-up with the winning goal against the Bees.

Defender Scott Cuthbert is still in the treatment room with a hamstring injury and goalkeepers Jamie Jones (shoulder) and Lee Butcher (knee) are long-term absentees.
