Rafa Benitez makes an emotional return to Liverpool on Sunday when he continues his attempt to secure Chelsea a place in the top four.

Liverpool should be well rested after no midweek action to give boss Brendan Rodgers some good selection options.

Long-term absentees Martin Kelly (knee), Joe Allen and Fabio Borini (both shoulder) remain on the sidelines.

Daniel Sturridge returned to the starting line-up in the 0-0 draw with Reading last weekend but Rodgers may again reshuffle his attacking options after another previous stalemate with West Ham United.

Interim boss Rafa Benitez must decide whether to keep captain John Terry in his starting line-up after the defender scored twice on his return to the team against Fulham.

Terry could again be called upon but Gary Cahill and Ashley Cole, along with Marko Marin, are back in training after injury and a decision will be made on Saturday as to whether they are fit.

Striker Fernando Torres may also start against his former club but long-term absentee Oriol Romeu (knee) remains out.
