Swansea returned to winning ways to ease past in-form Doncaster 3-1 at the Liberty Stadium and move within a point of the play-off places.

It did not look too promising for the hosts early on however as James Coppinger, who was later stretchered off with concussion, netted from close range via a deflection after 11 minutes to stun the home faithful.

However, the hosts were level midway through the first half when Jason Scotland side-footed a penalty into the corner (28) after Alan Tate was fouled in the area.

And the turnaround was complete 30 minutes from time as Jordi Gomez slid the ball home from close range before Richie Wellens was sent off for Doncaster after two yellow cards.

Gomez then added the gloss to the scoreline in the last minute, firing into the top corner from just outside the penalty area to compound Rovers' misery.
