A late goal from Gavin Tomlin consigned Championship side Bristol City to a 3-2 defeat at League One outfit Yeovil on Tuesday night.

Gavin Williams had fired City ahead early on, but the Glovers fought back and took the lead with goals from Dean Bowditch and Danny Schofield.

Ryan Mason missed an opportunity to extend Yeovil's lead from the penalty spot and the Robins' summer signing Danny Haynes took full advantage to level from the spot.

But Terry Skiverton's side were not to be denied as Tomlin fired home a late winner from 25 yards out late on.
