Jim Bentley is leaving no stone unturned in a bid to replenish his ailing Morecambe squad.
The Shrimps slumped to their sixth home defeat this term against lowly Northampton last weekend and Bentley is seeking reinforcements in a bid to restore the Shrimps' impressive early-season form.
"We have been working hard to identify possible new players but it hasn't been easy," he told the Morecambe Visitor.
"We are watching games all the time and have been looking at players who will suit us for the short, medium and long term.
"We have been looking at players from all levels from the Premier League to League Two and we are always on the lookout for the most promising young talent around.
"I really do want to bring someone in sooner rather than later."
