Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Morecambe and Plymouth Argyle at Globe Arena.

Izak Reid is set to return to the Morecambe line-up when Plymouth visit the Globe Arena.

The winger was absent from last weekend's 3-2 defeat at Rotherham to be with his partner, who was giving birth.

Elsewhere, Shrimps boss Jim Bentley approaches the npower League Two season's finishing line with a number of injury problems.

Top scorer Kevin Ellison will rest up until the summer, having managed a persistent back complaint throughout the campaign. Experienced defender Nick Fenton (calf) heads the list of remaining absentees, which includes Laurence Wilson, Andy Fleming (both knee) and Stewart Drummond (appendix).

Bentley hopes to end his side's home league programme on a high, having recorded only six wins on their own patch and being on the end of 11 defeats.

"We want to make sure we can give the fans something to shout about this weekend because they have been great," he told the Lancashire Evening Post. "They have stayed with us and we are really grateful for that."

Meanwhile, Plymouth will be without captain Simon Walton.

The midfielder suffered a dislocated shoulder in training last week, forcing him to miss the 1-1 draw with Oxford, and the veteran skipper has since been ruled out for the remainder of the campaign.

Paul Wotton will lead the Pilgrims in Walton's absence, while Conor Hourihane is likely to fill in in the centre of midfield.

Strikers Nick Chadwick and Alex MacDonald are pushing for recalls to manager Carl Fletcher's starting XI after sitting on the bench against the U's, while fellow forward Juvhel Tsoumou remains a doubt with a minor niggle.

The two sides drew 1-1 at Home Park when they met earlier this season.
