Morecambe will launch the 2012/13 League Two campaign with a trip to Exeter on August 18.
The Shrimps then have back-to-back home matches against newly-promoted York and Port Vale on August 21 and August 25 respectively.
Morecambe will host north-west neighbours Fleetwood, who won the Conference title last season, on September 8 and travel to the Highbury Stadium for the return fixture on Boxing Day.
There is another derby against Accrington on November 6, with the away game against Stanley on April 13.
Morecambe are scheduled to close the season with a trip to Southend on April 27.
