Robert Page returns to contention following suspension for Chesterfield when they host promotion rivals Barnet in League Two on Saturday.

The former Wales international defender missed the 5-2 demolition of Burton last weekend while he served a one-match ban.

His replacement Dan Hall marked his first league start of the season by opening the scoring, but Page is expected to come straight back in at centre-half alongside captain Ian Breckin.

Jamie Lowry missed the Burton game after sustaining a knee injury in training, and the Blues have been hit with the news that the midfielder's season could be over after scans revealed he suffered a rupture to his anterior cruciate ligament.

Forward Wade Small has missed the last four league and cup games with a hamstring problem but he could return to the squad.

David Perkins and Mark Little have extended their loan deals with the club.
