Grimsby caretaker manager Neil Woods has no new injury or suspension problems going into their League Two match at Northampton on Saturday.

Adrian Forbes suffered no ill-effects after making his return from a groin injury in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat to Leeds in midweek and the striker will be included in the squad once more.

Left-sided player Damien McCrory was thrown straight into the starting line-up at Elland Road after joining Town on loan from Plymouth and the versatile teenager is expected to retain his place.

Defender Robbie Stockdale (thigh) and strikers Adam Proudlock (ankle) and Nathan Jarman (foot) remain out.
