Premier League target Manolo Gabbiadini will leave Napoli this month, according to his agent.
West Brom, Leicester City, Stoke City and Southampton have all been linked with a move for the 25-year-old, while Wolfsburg are believed to be leading the chase for the £20million rated forward.
Silvio Pagliari has confirmed the player will be leaving Naples in this transfer window – with the Premier League and the Bundesliga the likely destination of choice.
Pagliari told Radio Onda Libera: “All will be arranged for Gabbiadini by next week at the latest.
“This decision has now been taken in agreement with Napoli. He will be going to one of those two leagues, and could do well in both.
“Do I see him better in the Bundesliga or the Premier League? It will go in one of two leagues.
“He has strength, power, technique – it would stand him in good stead for either outcome”.
Gabbiadini has scored two in his last two, but he has made only seven Serie A starts with competition for places fierce with Jose Callejon, Lorenzo Insigne and Dries Mertens all vying for starts.
Napoli also signed forward Leonardo Pavoletti from Genoa for £15million last week further suggesting that Gabbiadini is not in their plans.
Gabbiadini signed for Napoli from Sampdoria for €12.5million two years ago and has scored 17 goals in just 23 starts in all competitions.
