Trading Views: Tottenham and Arsenal backed

Tottenham and Arsenal are backed to claim weekend wins in the latest Trading Views Podcast, but punters are advised to stay clear of Liverpool.

Tim Clement is joined in the studio this week by his Sky Bet colleague Chris Spicer and TEAMtalk's Pete Hall.

Chris and Pete explain who they're backing for the title after getting a glimpse of the contenders before ruling their eyes over the fixtures, starting with the Monday Night Football clash between Manchester United and Chelsea.

Pete predicts less than 2.5 goals in that game before Chris bravely tips Liverpool to finish above Tottenham - and puts his money where his mouth is - but he fancies Spurs to beat Swansea on Sunday.

Manchester City are expected to comfortably see off Cardiff, while Arsenal are also fancied at Fulham, but the trio all believe Liverpool should be avoided as favourites at Aston Villa.

Southampton are strongly fancied to beat West Brom, who Tim believes will struggle this season, while Norwich are backed ahead of their trip to Hull.

Newcastle are another home team our trio cannot get behind ahead of their clash with West Ham, but Pete believes Southampton will beat Sunderland "quite comfortably" at St Mary's. Chris describes the Saints as "banker material".

Stoke are also backed to edge past Crystal Palace.
