Lazio captain Tommaso Rocchi has been ruled out for a month with a fractured hand bone.
The forward suffered the injury during his side's 3-0 home victory over Udinese in Serie A on Tuesday.
Lazio made the announcement of the injury on Wednesday, adding that the 35-year-old will be able to return to competitive action in four weeks' time.
"He (Rocchi) suffered a blunt trauma to the hand resulting in a fracture of the fifth metacarpal (bone)," reads a statement from Lazio.
"A plaster cast has been put on and, unless there are complications, he will be able to resume full competition in a month."
