Arkadiusz Milik has confirmed the Ajax striker is being watched by “some top European clubs” following links to Arsenal and Liverpool.
Milik has scored 16 goals in 25 appearances for Ajax in the Eredivisie this season, helping the Amsterdam club to the top of the table.
The 22-year-old also has 10 goals in 22 games for Poland, with reports in his homeland claiming Arsenal, Liverpool, Leicester City and Everton are all monitoring his progress, along with with European clubs including Barcelona, Juventus and Inter Milan.
While he did not mention any of the clubs by name, Milk’s agent has now confirmed the interest in his client.
“It is understandable that there are these rumours,” David Przemyslaw Pantak told Italian website La Lazio Siamo Noi.
“Milik is certainly carefully observed by some top European clubs.
“These companies work seriously and have expressed their interest to me directly: this is the only way to go for those interested.
“I will not say names of clubs out of respect for them and I will not go into details.”
