Manchester United playmaker Ander Herrera has dismissed exclusive reports in the Daily Star suggesting that he is unsettled at Old Trafford.
The 26-year-old Spanish midfielder was believed to be unhappy with life under Louis van Gaal with a ‘source’ telling the Daily Star: “He feels like he’s lost his identity as a player and doesn’t know what his role is anymore.”
But Herrera has been quick to deny that he is unsettled and pointed towards an interview he gave last week stating his happiness at the club.
He posted a picture on Twitter of the article with United Review, in which he insisted he didn’t want “this dream to finish” and tweeted: “Interview given last week. Very happy at Manchester United.”

Herrera, who is contracted until 2018, has started only six Premier League games, scoring twice and has spent plenty of time on the sidelines at United, but he has still become a fans’ favourite.
