Julian Brandt: Attracting significant interest

Arsenal and Manchester United are two of four Premier League clubs keeping a close eye on Bayer Leverkusen star and one-time Liverpool target Julian Brandt.

The Premier League giants, alongside Everton and Tottenham, all sent members of their scouting team to watch the 20-year-old play against Koln shortly before the winter break and, according to the Daily Mail the quartet are weighing up whether to make a move for the German in January.

Brandt has bagged two goals and six assists in 12 Bundesliga games this season, and his exploits have also seen Liverpool being linked with the youngster earlier on in the year.

Brandt is contracted with the Bundesliga club until 2019 and, as one of Germany’s brightest talents, he will certainly not come cheap in January.
