Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are locked in a three-way battle to sign Barcelona youngster Jordi M’Boula, according to reports in Spain.
M’Boula is part of Barca’s La Masia academy, and has recently signed a new deal with the club, which contains a £2.3million release clause.
And Spanish newspaper Sport claims the Premier League trio are all keen to meet that release clause for the talented 16-year-old, who is tipped for a big future in the game.
The Premier League trio were reportedly all present at training sessions last week to watch Barca’s youngsters.
And the report adds the Gunners, United and the Blues have all held talks with the youngster’s representatives over a possible move.
The teenager, who joined the Catalan giants from Granollers in 2010, looks most likely to join Arsenal, with the club having raided Barca’s academy before for a number of players including Cesc Fabregas, Hector Bellerin, Jon Toral, Fran Merida and Julio Pleguezuelo.
