Arsenal are ready to raid Premier League rivals Manchester City for teenage sensation Tyrese Campbell, sources have told www.teamtalk.com.

Campbell, son of former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell, is regarded as one of the most exciting prospects in England after catching the eye at City.

The 15-year-old has been earning rave reviews at City’s academy and he further enhanced his growing reputation with four goals in Saturday’s 6-0 win over Stoke for City’s Under-16s.

Campbell, who is an England Under-17 international, is a prolific goalscorer at youth level and scored 49 goals last season for the club’s Under-18s.

All the Premier League’s big guns are aware of Campbell’s potential and have been keeping tabs on his progress.

Campbell turns 16 later this month and Arsenal are ready to test City’s resolve to hang onto the talented forward.

City would be loath to lose one of their best young talents to a Premier League rival, but Arsenal are hoping to lure the teenager to move to the Emirates and follow in the footsteps of his father Kevin.
