Alexandre Lacazette: Time to leave Lyon

Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette believes this summer will be the right time to leave France and explore some “great opportunities”.

Arsenal failed last summer to land the French striker, but Lacazette’s latest comments about his future are set to provide the Gunners with a huge incentive to revive their interest at the end of the season.

“I think it has arrived at the right time, I think this summer will be the moment when we will have to change the air and discover something else,” Lacazette told Canal+.

“Always with the idea of advancing and progressing football and on a human level.”

“I will continue to work again, hoping that there will be some great opportunities coming this summer.”

Lacazette has scored 18 goals in 17 Ligue 1 appearances this season and is sure to attract plenty of interest this summer.
