Austin grabbed his sixth goal in as many starts for the Robins in the 2-2 draw at Charlton on Boxing Day before limping off 10 minutes from time.
However Wilson believes the injury was nothing major.
“Austin got a knock but it is only a minor injury. He’ll definitely be available for Monday,” said Wilson.
Kevin Amankwaah recovered from a stomach upset to play the full match against Charlton and is set to keep his place in the side.
Striker Lloyd Macklin should be on the bench again as he works on his rehabilitation from a leg fracture.
Meanwhile, Wilson believes his side could challenge for a play-off place after the draw at The Valley.
The Addicks had defender Sam Sodje and striker Deon Burton dismissed in the first-half but led at the break thanks to Jonjo Shelvey’s strike.
Goals from Austin and Billy Paynter looked like giving Swindon the victory only to see Miguel Angel Llera’s injury-time strike earn Charlton a point.
Despite the late disappointment Wilson is optimistic of a promotion push if the Robins can do some business in the January transfer window.
“We’ve come to Charlton and done well and we really believe we’ve got enough in the training room, provided we keep everyone fit and with one or two additions in January, to be challenging for a play off place,” said Wilson.
