Birmingham offer deals to four

Defender Jonathan Spector has been handed a two-year deal with a year’s option’ along with Koby Arthur.

Goalkeeper Nick Townsend has a two-year contract, plus a year’s option, and Blues have tabled a one-year deal with a year’s option, to midfielder Charlee Adams.

The quartet’s deals are due to expire in June and the year options on the contracts of Viv Solomon-Otabor, Liam Truslove and Connal Trueman have also been taken up.

Key goalkeeper Randolph’s contract expires in June and the club have been in negotiations with the Republic of Ireland international for a few weeks.

It is understood he has interest from the Barclays Premier League but the 27-year-old is yet to sign anywhere.

But the Blues have confirmed Serbian striker Nikola Zigic will not be offered a new contract, bringing to an end his five-year spell at St Andrew’s.
