Arsenal’s top four credentials are once again examined, Cesc Fabregas is backed to shine, and Tottenham’s depth questioned in the Your Says of the Day.

Arsenal will not get top four place

The other times they squeaked in to the top four they were up against ordinary Spurs and Everton sides. Different beasts around them this time, teams that fancy the league next year not a jaunt in the Champions League with managers used to big time pressure…I think they’ll struggle. Especially as so much as a misplaced pass is enough to get the Home Counties darlings in the crowd reaching for the crayons to write an A4 Wenger out sign.

No Liverpool future for £20million man

[Lazar] Markovic looks good on MOTD but when you watch a game his tracking back is so bad he just stands around doing very little, Klopp would never stand for that. I just feel he’s the type of player who will always have potential but…….

Herrera not good enough for Man Utd

Ander Herrera: Settling for second

The guy divides opinions amongst us fans, i really don’t know what to make of him. 3 years into hes career with us. Sure he intercepts play, tackles well, is mobile, but i just cant get to see that he can make a difference when it really matters ( next year when we go for the title ) what do you guys think. I mean the obvious choice would be to get a replacement or for me the glaring choice was Kante. 29million! How did Jose not see that as a obvious signing????

Cesc can be Chelsea difference-maker

Cesc Fabregas: Hailed by Conte

Costa will be fine, ok he didn’t have the best game v Arsenal, yesterday he didn’t get any clear cut opportunities (he played a decent ball to set Hazard free early on against Burnley) and he had his Pen saved v Liverpool. Our run of games coming up are ‘favourable’ and we should create a fair few chances.

Just touching on chances for Costa, I still believe for the games where teams will defend deep with a lot of men it should be Fabregas > Matic from the start. Otherwise it is easy to defend against us (let us have the ball in the middle and stop our wing backs and inside forwards).

Man City star Sterling needs a break

Raheem-Sterling: Pep wants more consistency

Yeah I think a break would do Sterling good, there’s been some flashes of what we signed him for but the final product is just not quite there yet. Still think he will come good for us though in time.

Liverpool humbling shows Tottenham squad doesn’t have the depth

Well, I have to say that we just didn’t turn up and put in a shocking performance. At 2-0 down, you look to our bench and who do you see that may turn things round? NOBODY. Gone are the days we could call on Gary Brooke or someone of that ilk. Squad is not strong enough. SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!!
