Jurgen Klopp to sign Dejan Lovren’s younger brother? (Daily Mirror)
Few things are more heart-warming than siblings playing on the same team. But with the Nevilles now retired, the Toures no longer together at Manchester City, the Ayews also competing against each in the Premier League, and Norwich’s Josh Murphy on loan away from brother Jacob, it’s one thing the division is sadly lacking at the moment.
According to the Daily Mirror, this could all be resolved as Liverpool want to bring Dejan Lovren’s brother Davor to Anfield. Sadly the dreams – or nightmares – of a Lovren centre-back partnership are unlikely to come true as 17-year-old Davor is a tricky winger that “has been compared to Eden Hazard in looks and playing style”.
Perhaps making the transfer more unlikely however is the fact that the Mirror have got their information from Tuttomercatoweb, an Italian outlet who somehow know the future of a Dynamo Zagreb youth team player.
